I thought I knew quite a bit about nutrition until I started working with coach Terry. I figured since I was drinking protein shakes and taking other supplements along with a pretty clean diet that my nutrition was great. I was dead wrong! After working with coach for just a couple of months, I’m now playing at another level. For the first time, I was approached by a scout at my last showcase. I highly recommend coach Terry and his program if you’re serious about improving your game.
In the past, we’ve invested in different skating coaches, attended some of the top spring and summer camps, even hired a personal trainer to work with my son Tyler on improving his strength and conditioning. It all helped but we never really got the results he was looking for until now.
Since starting on the program not only have my wife and I and Tyler learned a ton, but the improvement in Tyler’s game has been dramatic. He has more sustained energy to finish his shifts strong and much faster recovery between practices and games.
Coach Terry is amazing to work with and is truly invested in our son’s success.
